This exterior amenity enhancement project is situated in the desirable Downtown River District of Fort Myers, Florida.

Walter Design studied the existing conditions of this 1950's mid-century modern home and later designed and built this mid-century modern revival pergola, as well as the exterior patio and the utility service equipment screen walls. Together, these elements blend the mid-century modern aesthetic with modern fabrication techniques to create the ideal outdoor amenity space to watch those beautiful sunsets the Gulf Coast of Florida is known for.
