85 units of senior affordable apartments with a ground-floor mix of office spaces, commercial flex space, community-specific common space, and an attached private parking garage for 75 paces. The project will be outfitted with accessibility standards, industry-standard green building design, including natural noise buffers and dedicated green spaces to mitigate a heat island effect. Articulated features are concepted below to showcase enhanced resident safety and wellness, including a main-entry wheelchair lane for streamlined sidewalk access, noise-mitigating green walls flanking entryways, offset demarcation with security fencing for private outdoor common areas with landscaping and artistic installations to serve duality of resident safety and privacy.
