ISSENDORF GARAGE CONVERSION

WALTER DESIGN provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the  Issendorf's who wanted to add a cabana bathroom and relocated their existing laundry area with their previously remodeled garage. More specifically, they wanted to raise the floor level in their previously renovated garage to be level with the adjacent first floor elevation, relocate their existing stackable washer and dryer, move walls to accommodate a new full-bathroom, and make necessary adjustments to the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in order to satisfy the City of Boca Raton and the State of Florida Building Codes and Regulations.
