Orchard Ridge

The Orchard Ridge apartment housing complex is project is located in Virginia. This is the second phase of a development project by a single owner. Phase one was designed and construction completed a few years ago. The owner desired that phase two be designed by a different designer so that it would have a more modern design character. Currently in the permitting stages, it is set to be under construction starting in mid 2022. A detailed breakdown of the total unit count, building types, and construction information is provided below.

 

WALTERDESIGN modeled the surrounding context, adjusted material colors, added entourage and designed the landscaping throughout the project. In addition, WALTERDESIGN developed the renderings above to visualize the architectural character of the new multifamily neighborhood.
