Situated in a friendly Boca Raton neighborhood, this single family 1970's Mizner influenced home was overdue for a renovation. It has beautiful terrazzo floor, a tiled roof, attached garage, and a stunning concrete pool, all which needed to be restored. Walter Design completed all existing documentation for this residence, and all necessary design drawings to make this interior renovation and sunroom addition come to life. The new open floor plan and renovated bathrooms, expose the original terrazzo, which will all be restored. The sunroom and exterior pergola will double the outdoor amenities and connect the main living room to the pool deck. This project is now under construction.
